Hormone Yoga ( HYT) activates ovaries, increases and balances hormone level, reduces the symptoms of menopause or eliminates them completely.

The Author of HYT Dinah Rodrigues from Brazil developed the practice in the 80's and is a completely natural sequence of excersises which are targeted on all glands and reactivates the hormone production. Besides increasing and balancing the hormone level also reduces the symptoms of menopause. Of course the result depends on regular practice. The more we practice the better result we achieve. In case of premature menopause which is not caused by surgery results of HYT are amazing.

For better effect Dinah used different branches of Yoga: Hatha, Kundalini, Tibetan energetic techinque. The summary of all techniques is a dynamic, intensive and effective method which works on body in a way of activating the glands with internal massage, breathing techniques ( Pranayam) and body postures ( Asanas). With energy circulation ( Prana) and body relaxation ( Yoga Nidra) we activate energetic body. Hormone yoga increases absorption of Prana in body, activates it and sends to the glands which produce hormones.

Beside menopausal symptoms Hormone yoga is an effective method for infertility, irregular periods, polycystic ovaries. Dinah told us during our training that she has a lot of 'Hormone Yoga Babies' around the world as a result of HYT.
